  • Bailiffs

Hi Thankyou for letting me join I have an issue with my council tax and hope you brain boxes can help me out .
Bit of a mess I'm afraid I defaulted on my council tax payment due to my bank account being frozen by the bank and my card being blocked . I rang them up and explained this and was told that a bailiff would call , I spoke to him on the phone and explained what had happened but told him I wasn't paying a big amount in fees as they had put my account into default and it wasn't my fault . My local mp wrote to the council explaining my issue , the council wrote back and said I had not explained this on the phone and it was being handed back to the bailiff . Before you ask yes I stupidly have a walking possesion order and the bailiff I refusing all payments offers I am making and sending me letters by post . I have now received a removal notice . Help he's not told me the amount he wants is not speaking on via post and because I have a walking possession he can now come in and remove goods . What can I do if anything
