Hi,
Have just received a letter detailing that Howard Cohen will not be at the court date under provision CPR 27.9(I)(a), along with documents that they are relying on. I have admitted to owing part of the money (had already made payment before they started action) and have been paying regular amounts every month off the debt, and have paid over half the debt back already. I don't know what to do now. Don't really want to go to court and wish they'd just accept that I am willing to pay the rest off. They had previously send a consent order but I didn't really understand what it meant and tried to research and it didn't seem like a good idea.
Any advice would be great fully received.
