I have been lurking (and reading) around this site for a few hours, to make sure I post my enquiry in the right place, and to find out if anyone else has experienced/is experiencing the same problems we (hubby and I) are having with Capquest and the NatWest/RBS!
So far, I have discovered that many have experienced similar problems, but I haven't found a poster who is experiencing the same complications that we're having! Living in France causes delays with communications cross-Channel, but that's the least of our problems!
I'll now pop over to the right place to post my enquiry!
