Advice pls - Re Serps opt out compensation
Hi, I have just been called re possible claim on SERPS opt out - I declined offer but it got me thinking & checking my papers. Can anybody pls advise if its worth pursuing?
I transferred a small private pension from Pearl to Standard life in 2007 (because Pearl were winding plan down). I have subsequently taken a lump sum & claim a small pension 6 monthly. I understand that if it says protected rights it was an opt out of SERPS, this is the case here, do I have a possible claim & against whom? Thanks in advance
