  • Part 36 personal injury offer accepted- judgement sort for unpaid sums-help

    Hi,
I'm hoping somebody can answer this question , our family have accepted a part 36 offer for a personal injury claim from a large insurance company, I understand that they should of paid this within 14 days of offer being accepted,it has been 2 months since this deadline and I want our solicitor to enter judgement for the unpaid money as they are just being told its coming but never seems to show

When u enter judgement in what way does a solicitor do this? Does it go to the court funds office? I thought it did but my solicitor has said they have written a letter to our local court that was dealing with the claim-which seems a bit informal?? I thought there were set forms to complete to enter judgement?

They also said it could take weeks to obtain judgement whereas the court funds office said they would process it in 3-5 working days?
any advice on how judgement is obtained would be gratefully received!
    Thanks
