consumer resource solutions swift sterling

hi
has anybody had any dealings with Swift Sterling and paticular a company called consumer resource solutions. I have been trying for a long time to get these companies to se up a payment plan with no luck, they will not budge on any offer, i have others in place with other companies, any advice would be great
