Hello there.
I am sure that I will be asking many questions of you in the near future but for now I am just finding my way around the very useful and reassuring site.
I have issues with First Plus in so much as a repossession claim will be held on 16/05/2001 in the court for arrears. I also have an active claim for missold PPI with them too, (which would clear the arrears in question) which First Plus have aknowledged but from the letter I received from them today, they have put the claim on hold until the courts make their decision about PPI claims which, I believe is next Wednesday. This info I gleamed from this site no less.
Is there a "Financial Hardship" case to have the PPI claim dealt with more expediently, like there was for"unfair bank charges"? I do have a company dealing with the PPI Issue.
