  • Hi

    Hello everyone

Have been toying with the idea of pursuing an unenforceable agreement claim against a certain credit card company...my user name might give a clue! My agreement was back in 2001 and appears to be one of those iffily worded ones.
Some help would be appreciated if I get stuck!!

While I'm at it....my husband had an overdraft, must be about 10 years ago, that the bank changed to a 'loan', but he never signed any paperwork or an agreement for this 'loan' and it was sent to a DCA, when he stopped paying due to unemployment. He agreed to pay the DCA £10 per month, but hasn't always stuck to this over the years and they don't really hassle him. Do you think he might also have some sort of case against Lloyds?

    Anyway mustn't prattle on...
