I am helping my friend. She is sole executor on her late father’s will.
A step-son and step-grandchild to her late father have both entered caveats which her solicitor has served warnings on.
Can other potentially interested people, mentioned in a previous will, keep entering caveats, that she will have to keep warning off?
She’s getting to the end of her tether!
