ACI- CCA help

Hi just after some advice if possible. so I have been in a payment plan with ACI for the last 3 years. I was sure that the amount owed should be payed off, ACI are saying 4,000 remaining. I have asked for the original CCA 2 months ago and have yet to receive them. I've received a follow up email today stating they have not yet received from original creditor ( 1st stop) despite requesting it from them two months.

My question is do i keep paying? How long do they have to provide me with the CCA?
