  • i have not replied the court claim form now requested for mediation

    Dear all
I have recived a parking charge for not parking correctly in a business park in London Colindle. I have recived many calls from their office to settle this but i explained what i said here but then I did not agree to discuss more on the phone.
they sent a court claim form and I was not aware of how I had to reply I did not mention my defence in the reply to a court case,
I went to this place to visit Matalan but remembered I had a bad stomach I parked the car jumped to Matalan asked the security if the parking was free as I did not see a sign he said Yes, it was free
I jumped to McDonald's first to find a toilet when I back in less than 10 a parking charge was issued I back to the security guard and he said yes it was free but that corner space was just designed for a trap
Now I recived another court claim for the same and was given the option to take mediation which is in the 16th of October. and now I am so stressed how should i reply in the meeting date?

I checked the photo of the PCN and the photo I took today it is clear the sign was instaled after my PCN issued
so is there anyone who can help me with this please
i attached the photo of the warden and my photo
