PCP Agreement

Hi guys I'm new on here, can someone advise me on VT on my finance agreement please. Can I still end my contract after halfway if I use the car as a taxi for hire and reward? My mileage is roughly 40k a year. I wouldn't mind keeping the car but it has a component failure a 5f unit which basically I've had no radio no Satnav or bluetooth since December last year. Volkswagen refuse to payout because I use the car for hire and reward. They want to charge me 4k for a new Unit but I'm not going to pay that. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated thanks.
