Good evening!
I am after some advice.
My next door neighbour and I have had some issues over the past couple of years. We live in a council property. To cut a very long story short, I have lots of evidence of him harassing me. However, I received a letter from his solicitor stating they will look to get a restraining order against me under the protection from harassment act 1997! It is the other way round! The letter claims they have lots of evidence against me. God knows where from. What can I do about this - I cannot afford a solicitor (already enquired)
