    Hi everyone,
I received a PCN Code 48j, from Bexley borough for stopping in a restricted area. As a private hire driver, cab driver, I stopped for 19 seconds between the school gates and the marking ( keep clear ) to drop a passenger that I believed was a staff member of the school any way. And I also have records of the trip from the cab company showing the drop-off address which the same school. instead of stopping on the markings which will have obstructed the traffic for other road users, I decided to stop in front of the Gates away from the ( keep Clear markings ) in yellow color.

Do I have any chance if I appeal it or pay the £65 discount withing 14 days? I will appreciate your advice.

    Many thanks
