    Hi There, I’m a newbie.
My question is this, Elderbridge have given us money as a settlement for variable rate and interest charges. Prior to this I was paying £650 a month. I have missed a few payments over the 15yrs and had holiday payments from Covid. However because I wasn’t in an agreement plan they have informed CRA that I have missed payments for 2 1/2 years running! Everything is now closed but on my CRA Elderbridge is still on there despite making payments! It’s now showing as account closed however. But surely, if they given me a settlement then surely this should not be on there, as firstly, if I was charged correctly then I would of being too much per month and payments would of been affordable! Do I go back to FOS and make a complaint about this? Or can someone here give me direction as to way forward.
