Could anyone advise whether an employer can prohibbit applications from people who have used their services in the past? The employer delivers emotional support services and have said that they do not accept applications from anyone who has recently accessed services to protect your mental wellbeing. Is this legal or should I still be able to apply for a role that I am qualified for?
