good morning lowell had tried to take me to court for a ccj however it was struck out and vacated as they did not comply with court instructions after i had disputed the claim, lowell are still trying to pursue me with emails and text messages. I have tried to have this removed of my credit file and they are not budging what do i do? ive tried to raise the issue with eqifax aswell but they are not much help dispite showing them the court documents apparently lowell insisted it stay on my file.
