Hi,
Myself and 3 other relatives were left our grandparent's property in their will. We have had issues with the executors throughout the whole process. Recently, after a number of months the property had been marked as sold (STC). Now the property has been put back on the market and we have been told by one executor that the deal fell through due to the other executor not signing papers that they should have. The executors have been particularly awkward throughout and tried to get us to sign our share of the estate over to them etc. There has been a lot of contact to the solicitors from the executors as well so I can only imagine what we will lose from the value in fees.
Does anybody have any advice as to what we could do in this situation? None of us really have any money to take them to court or anything to get them removed and I'm scared to get into contact with the solicitors dealing with probate due to all the fees that will already have been racked up from others doing this. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
