Debt advice - please help urgently
Hello, I'm posting on behalf of my partner.
4 years ago he lived in the YMCA and when he left he had a deby of roughly £1000, he got it down to £906.21.
He has tried contact YMCA to get this sorted and they're being a pain as they either don't answer the phone or say to call on another date and when he does they don't answer.
We have now received an Andrew Wilson and Co High Court Enforcement letter, and they came out to our residence yesterday, looking at the letter it states that he needs to pay the £906.21 (yeah we know), and there is added bit from the court...Fixed Cost on Judgment or Order £152.00, Costs of Execution £117.75...2ith this it takes everything up to £1175.96 and it states that on the letter.
But what we don't get is that they want us to pay £2107.67
Where has this extra £1000 come from?!?!
