  • Excess mileage charge

I handed my car back to Arnold Clark at the end of my PCP agreement in October 2019. The car was then sold and a small profit was made. I had the car for 4 years and took very good care of it. Full service and MOT history and no pets were ever in the car. The interior was not damaged and the alloys were in good condition. I am being asked to pay for an excess mileage charge by the finance (£1000) even though the mileage didn't affect the car being sold for a profit. Does anyone have any advice regarding this matter?

    Thank you in advance.
