Access to electricity meter on Third Party land

Hi, our electricity meter and supply is (for some unknown reason) on a Third Party piece of land. Approximately 500m distance from our property.

Do we have any legal right to access the meter as we are paying for the bills??

Also, do the Network provider and Electrical Suppliers also have legal right to access the meter without third party consent?
