Please can someone provide their advice / comments on the following:-

I have nearly qualified as a Cilex lawyer. I work at a very small high street firm, working with a potential silent partner. I am in my mid twenties with only a small amount of management experience what are peoples thoughts on partnership after 1 year of post qualifying experience at this stage in my career?
