So I have a ccj that I only became aware of 2 months after it was issued from Lowell’s (from a provident doorstep loan )which I paid on full as soon as I became aware of it ! I am now in the process of claiming for inadequate affordability checks being made upon them giving me the loan as I already at the time was living beyond my means regularly gambling and taking other payday loans to fund this , should I win this claim via the financial ombudsman what are the chances of the financial ombudsman asking provident to buy the Loan back and get the ccj removed from my file ? Any help would be much appreciated
