  • Quotation validity

    Hello

After a bit of input concerning a historic Quotation I had from my Accountant three years prior.

In essence, I met with the accountant, we agreed the terms, I signed their paperwork and they sent a written Quotation confirming their rates, they were....

    Accounts including wages £400
    CIS refund £50
    Personal Tax Return £95

I found recently a six monthly levy (about £90) has been applied for wages from the outset. Also I get charged an additional fee for a Confirmation Statement whereas I would have thought exceptions not included in the yearly accounts would be listed separately (aka CIS + Personal Tax Return).

I queried this pointing out the quotation suggested wages were included in the yearly accounts cost. They replied after some weeks saying wages were extra. I asked for an agreement which superceded the original quotation that I had agreed to wages being extra. This was two months ago and I have yet to receive a reply.

Where do I stand in terms of wage bills and the Confirmation Statement?

    Thanks for any input.
