Hi All,
Would like some advice of this one,
I have received an email copy of the letter of assignment from EON to Lowell Portfolio. It is dated 01/08/2019. The signatory is Claire Moore Head of residential debt resolution. The only issue I have is that she left EON a year earlier to work at BNP Paridas July 2018, She is now their COO. There is no heading on the letter and they are pushing for a decision if I pay or they are on about county court. I am not bothered about going to CC but wondering if they are doing something dodgy?
All advice greatly appreciated as I know they will not negotiate once their solicitors are handling the case.
