Hello.. upcoming civil court case where bundles have been submitted to court and claimant. My bundle is a hard copy, indexed and paginated etc.
the claimant has issued a 70 page digital version sent to me by email. This is putting me at a disadvantage because I cannot manage this method in court and cannot be expected to print this off surely? I am severely disabled and feel very disadvantaged - the expense, time and effort it would take to get HIS bundle in order is surely not my responsibility? Also, the court when I asked them for advice said I could contact the claimant myself to request one but is this something the court should direct on? Thank you
