Keyless cars are often stolen using cheap and readily available electronic scanners. Surely in this day and age a vehicle should be hard to steal as part of it's function.
If a keyless car is stolen in under 20 seconds, I don't believe it is fit for purpose and the manufacturer should provide a full refund under The Consumer Rights Act 2015 to the cars legal owner or the insurance company if they have paid out for a total loss.
