    Any advice well come.
My two partners tried to kick me out of our partnership wrongly. I think i have been miss advised to force the dissolution of the partnership and sell all the assets and the courts has been instructed. We have mediated and came to any agreement on how to end the partnership. Now they are in breach of this contract. I never wanted to sell the buissness and over this time I think I should of been advised to take them to court for wroungly kicking me out and actually kick them both out for the many wroungs they have done one of which is their fiduciary duty and force them to be bought out on the partnership agreement terms. The court action has not been stopped yet and I'm wondering if it is possible to change the direction of the court now.
