I bought and paid for a new uvpc door and window for my porch back in August. Delivery took a while because of the glass. Door and window delivered on the door on 9/10.
I fitted the door and window next day but they made the glass wrong by 100mm. A week later sent another bit which was also wrong by 24mm. Since then they won't give me a date or time scale or even if they will do it.
Can I get the glass made by someone else and claim the cost back?
Have I waited long enough or should I have to wait longer?
