    Hi All,

I have received two letters of claim. One for an old overdraft and another from an old loan. Both from same creditor but now being claimed for by Cabot. I have sent off the relevant document requests i.e. the CCA and CPR for the loan and CPR for the overdraft. I have also doen AOS on MCOL for both and drafted my no paperwork defences to be submitted. I just wanted to get some advice about doing an SAR to the original creditor.

Is it worth doing? My theory is if i do and they don't hold the required paperwork for Cabot to be able to proceed then i'm golden right? If they do have it all then i should go for a Tomlin order? Any help or advice greatly appreciated.
