Hi guys ,
I had a Vanquis credit in 2018 which went to default in 2019 without any notice and know less he at all while I was pregnant. I find out at a later time and settled the account on the 18.9.20 in full by paying £433.53.They crashed my credit file too when I was never given any notice. Im a new mum and in depression.
Wow, now Lowell has sent me a letter that They bought my debt from Vanquis!!! That I own them £433.53!!
i got mad , called up Vanquis today 16.10.20 the day I received the letter!! I was already fighting with them to close an account without my knowledge and explained my situation!!! And this is unacceptable !
I know require them to remove their entry on my credit file / fake company Vanquis and Lowell to stop chasing me for I already paid!
Vanquis on the 16.10.20 has told me to email my evidence of the Lowell letter and they will get back to me by the 21.10.20!
im sleepless and stressed out!
