  • Party Wall in a strange configuration

EDIT - Sorry I thought I'd posted this in the Housing forum and it won't seem to let me delete this post!

    -------

    Hello,

I am just about to put an extension onto the back of my house - I wanted to just double check that I was getting something right with regard to Party Wall notices...

On the picture I have attached, my house is 22C, and I am doing an 'infill' extension where the X is between 22A and 22D. All of the neighbours seem agreeable and getting the signatures shouldn't be an issue.

My question is, as the party wall that exists between us on the left goes down as far as 22B as well, do I need to get them to return approval too, or is it just 22A & D? The building work shouldn't affect them in the slightest so I don't imagine I do need it, but because it's physically the same wall I just wanted to confirm?

    Thanks very much!

    James
