I'm writing a will. I'm married (2years) to a man with no children .I have 4 children .I own the house we live in.
i want the will to be 50 % of my estate to my husband and 50% divdied between my children. But my husband thinks that because were married a property he owns will be half mine and that half is part of my estate and will have to be shared 4 ways with my children.is this true ?
