Hi I have bought a house and put it in my wife’s name married 20 years as I had lost two houses causing negative equity that I owed for, over the last five years she’s progressed into an alcoholic , we separated she had the children I continued working paying the bills , there’s been several men, I was at work three weeks ago social services called me informing me my wife had passed out over the park with our 14 ur old son with special needs I was told if I didn’t have my two children they would end up in care that day, so I left my job and had to move into the local ymca with my sons now sharing a bedroom all three of us as my wife would not leave our family home, will it be possible to get the house back for my sons and I
