Hello LegalBeagles
I've just recd a fine in the post from SmartParking Ltd for Haven Banks Exeter (not Havens Bank as they call it, the name is Haven Banks and has been ever since I was born here in Exeter in 1940). My ticket shows entering on 22.8.20 at 10.31.42 and exiting 12.18.31.
What is wrong with that? Isn't it supposed to be £1 for 2 hours? I've still got my machine ticket.
