Hi all, need some help if possible please
My daughter has found a problem with her credit file, she has contacted the credit agency as her file said that someone has taken credit out from studio and received the goods at our house over a year ago so there is a default, she has asked for it to be investigated and they said goods from studio have been intercepted at our house, my daughter has said it would have been her ex as only person that lived here apart from us, the names used was initials then her surname so her name is Kylie but ky was used, her date of birth was used but a fake email was used, also the default date said 1970 my daughter was born 19998 they said this is a typo and can't be changed, not first time he has done this kind of thing, but he committed suicide last year so nothing we can do regarding him, but the agency are saying sometimes these these happen, we want it removed, any advice?
