[COLOR=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87)]In September 2016, I applayed for ESA. They don't paid me until July 2017, but the paiment start back date just from March 2017 (not from September 2016), without any other explanation. About Summer 2018, I had an evaluation at the WCA Service.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87)]Even though I presented him with huge of my Medical Evidence, the respective Assessor found me: "Fit for work" and awarded me 0 (zero) points.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87)][/COLOR]
[COLOR=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87)]I appealed to HM Courts & Tribunal Service and in December 2018, the Tribunal awarded me 15 points (maximum) for Mobility.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87)] Even The Court specify to reinstal the paiment from September 2016, they don't payd me for that 6 months before. My Question is:[/COLOR]
[COLOR=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87)] Can I sue WCA or DWP?[/COLOR]
