I lost my SIM, ordered over the phone, but never received it, ordered again, but didn't get it, I complained initially, but they were reluctant to take my official complaint, they said they could sort it out over the phone, I went online and made one, after few days, still no sing, and now they are asking me to call them to order another one, explained to them I have no phone to call, they could email me or write to me.
I wrote to them, I stated that my direct debit will be stopped and that I am ending the contract for their failure to provide me a service. Any idea how do I stand ? legally ?
