Hi,
we booked two flights online through an online travel agent to Chicago with a connection in Brussels in October. In July the agent told us the flights were confirmed so we weren’t entitled to a refund, when.. knowing we would be unable to travel to the US we requested one. Last week the Airline cancelled the outgoing flight so we called the agent, we didn’t speak to the lady we’ve been dealing with but the guy told us she would call us the next day at 11:00 to confirm the refund. Obviously the call never came, we’ve emailed the lady we’ve been dealing with who has responded with the same line “she’s contacted the airline and is waiting for a response”. It’s obvious she’s stalling so what do we do now?
