To know, what I can do about a situation with my car
It's out on finance and the company have put A voluntary termination notice on my car as I missed some payments they have given me two options either pay
The outstanding arrears or voluntary termination
I was on the phone yesterday to finance company
And said I haven't got that money to pay the arrears of in one amount but was willing to make a payment yesterday and next week also, but they said no, so I might end up loosing my car any advice please what
I can do as I said this was unfair
