Have won ppi claim but ?

Hi I wonder if anyone can help. I have just been informed that i have won my ppi claim against NRAM. However it's a joint account with my wife. I was unaware we both had to make claims? They have offered me 50% redress as I made the claim. My wife and i are still together as a couple and I realise it's too late for her to make a claim. But surely if NRAM have admitted it in my case they also owe her that money. How do we move forward. Should she contact them direct asking for her part to be refunded.
