  • Enforcement of court judgement

I am in dispute with my neighbour over a party wall. He has demolished steps that sit on the boundary of my Victorian townhouse. He didn't serve me papers, I got an injunction to halt work but he got it overrun on a technicality. We went back to court & he had a judgement not to do any work until I've had a surveyor inspection.
he has continued work such as rendering, painting etc.
ive notified the court but apparently it's up to me to enforce. I'm confused as to which court form I need to complete. Can anyone advise please?
