My father died in 1989 & was buried in the plot he purchased for my mother who died in 1955. My brothers ashes are being interned there. A half sibling on my father's side has now asked for transfer of deeds producing a will that none of us has ever seen. His estate would not have been granted probate but a local solicitor has been named. This means I have to ask permission to have my mother's plaque re lettered.
