Hello,
Back in December, I got into a small accident in a road. I was on a cycle and as I was changing the lane, the car in front hit their brakes because of the traffic light ahead. The force of the brakes hit the car in front of me and I basically got thrown of my bike. As a result the car had a smashed window and a bump. I was checked by the ambulance crew and told me I go into the hospital to check myself out however at the time I felt fine with a few bruises. After a couple of days, the lady texted me with a fee amount of £400 which I am paying her directly into her account. The fee was for the maintenance fee to repair her car at the garage. However, a couple of months forward to now, her insurance sends me letter saying I have additional fees to pay. I am in shock because she did not tell me beforehand.
Therefore, I am seeking for some advice.
please leave comments on how I can resolve this because I fee betrayed.
