  • Debts turning 6 years

Hi 6 years ago I stopped paying my cards overdraft and loans thanks to life changes and the big c. I’ve ignored them ever since apart from contacting stepchange a few months after I stopped paying the banks etc, they did a plan but I only ever made 1 payment then another a few months later. Some of these debts are now falling off my file and I have default dates. I’ve moved and Mail is on redirection, my other half is very against debt and would cause the end of our Relationship.
today I had a credit file alert that moorcroft did a search. They have an a credit card debt that’s due up in August...my new address is not on my credit file. What do I do? I could probably raise the cash to pay settlements but would only be 20% of the debt. Thanks in advance.
