In 2016 I was put bankruptcy at the time I tried to argue that it was wrong but now asinsolvency agency has been try to sort out the mess they are find that the creditor had received payments totaling 50% of what was owed and goods taken another £7354 trade price or £17000 retail of missing stock from the auction of goods.
can I claim back this and respective costs or can I go for the whole fact that I was put into bankruptcy the creditor keeps changing business name and solicitor which is why it’s hard to get response.
