Council tax band increase

I'm currently going through an appeal with my local council regarding an increase in my council tax banding (they increased it from band D to band F). I bought the house almost 2 years ago and they notified me of the increase last November. I am getting nowhere fast with my appeal and the responses I get are very generic.

I'm now looking to take the next step but unsure which direction to go. I have tried searching for legal representation on this matter but it seems to be very specialist.
