Audi Finance Declined because I VT a car last year

Hello

I have just been declined by VWFS for a new Audi, I am currently with Motonovo. I suspect the reason why is because I Voluntary Terminated a car last year as I was in massive amounts of negative equity! I have tried to phone VWFS but they have said they can't tell me over the phone, I have to email them. The only reason I can think of is that I Voluntary Terminated a car last year? It wasn't with them btw!

Can I get this decision overturned?
