Hey please don’t judge me on this though I get that people will. Me and my partner were together for 8 years and lived together for 2. During those 2 years we had a lot of financial problems and I very stupidly and I know I shouldn’t have done this took out catalogues under his name. He has now found out and is obviously very upset and angry. He said he doesn’t want to go the police but isn’t completely ruling it out. I can completely understand if he does. I am very worried in that I care for my Mam and if I end up going to prison there is absolutely no one to care for her. Does anyone know if a prison sentence will be likely? I do realise this is the least I deserve. In total the debts come to £2500 and I am making a payment of £950 towards them all when I get paid this week. What would be the chances of them being transferred to me while I finish getting them paid off?
