Set-aside CCJ

Hi,

I found about a CCJ when I checked my credit score. Seems the parking ticket was sent to my previous address which I never recieved and subsequently a CCJ was issued and sent to the same old address. I discovered this couple of month before the covid-19 lockdown, and contacted Northampton County Court who advised I fill application form N244. I have filled the form but don't know who to write the cheque of £255 to. Can you please advise.
